I have an Broyhill Sofa & Loveseat Set in good condition. The sofa and loveseat were professionally steam cleaned and shampooed with antibacterial furniture cleaning solution on 08-27-2026. The set features a distressed brown microfiber/suede-style upholstery with rolled arms, decorative nailhead trim, wood feet, removable seat cushions, and plush back cushions. Both pieces have been thoroughly cleaned and deodorized and are ready for their new home. The only noticeable cosmetic wear is some surface wear/scuffing on the backside of the loveseat, as shown in the pictures. This does not affect the comfort or use of the loveseat and can easily be hidden when placed against a wall.

I have a Taupe/Gray 5-Piece Manual Reclining Sectional in great condition. It was professionally steam cleaned and shampooed with antibacterial furniture cleaning solution on 08-21-2026.

This sectional does come from a dog home but has been thoroughly cleaned, shampooed, and deodorized. It features 2 manual reclining ends along with a center storage console with 2 cup holders. It is extremely comfortable and provides plenty of seating for approximately 5–6 people. Would look great in a living room, basement, rec room, or entertainment area.

There was a small tear in the fabric on the chaise that has been sewn and repaired, as pictured. The repair does not affect the use or comfort of the sectional. I can send a closer picture of the repaired area if needed.
