This company still owns money and never try to at least make a payment at all if someone ever work with them make sure you have everything in a contract with evesingle detail and ask for half or the amount just to make sure you are cover this is how the flooring was before and after the steps on stairs was not included on the estimate that I gave him like 4 months before also the repairs was only a few on bedrooms and living rooms by kitchen entrance after everything was out of the floor because it was all cover of trash and materials when I when to go the estimate but 4 months after when I when to start the job there where way more repairs and he tough that the extra time and the extra material was included so pretty much that person is not to be trusted on paying for the service that we provide

Finish this old floor did a lot of repairs on it a lot of hours of labor but I was able to restore them if you looking to fix sand and refinish your old hardwood floors or add on other places of your home also installing new flooring send me a message.
Unfortunately the contractor didn’t pay the remaining of the bill,I have work with him for several years and because it was one of his houses I didn’t make a contract and I gave him a lower price and at the end still he didn’t pay what he owes me
