This Parkville customer received the best of both worlds with these solid oak floors from Portercraft. They are pre-finished hardwood floors which means less mess and a stronger finish. At the same time, Portercraft custom made these floors so the customer could choose their species (white oak), grade (prime grade), width of boards (4-1/4"), and stain color (Natural with a glossy finish). In the end she received all of the pros of custom hardwood and pre-finished hardwood without any of the cons.

Our new floors are installed and what a difference it makes for our space! What's even better is that this same floor is available and in-stock for your home.
