We’re Hiring: Scheduling Coordinator | Kauai, HI
Pacific Mirror & Glass is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help keep our residential, commercial, and hotel projects running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities. You’ll coordinate customers, technicians, contractors, materials, schedules, and project details while helping ensure jobs are completed accurately and ready for billing.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Calm and effective under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems
• Experience in scheduling, coordination, logistics, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
$25–$35/hour, based on experience
Full-time, onsite position on Kauai
