Sonia's Cocina Homemade with love! In deep South Texas, at a very early age, Sonia learned her way around the Cocina learning from her mom and sisters.

From homemade flour tortillas to pan de polvo to sand tarts to bunuelos to pan de campo; all food items are homemade with love, care and special attention to give you a moist watering savor. As she aged, married and became a mom, she became even more familiar around the kitchen cooking and baking some of the best of the best authentic Mexican food dishes and desserts for her family.
