The Best Part of the Staging Journey? The Destage. 🍃

Today, we packed up two beautiful staging projects, and while some people think the excitement happens on install day, stagers know the real celebration often comes on destage day.

Why?

Because a destage usually means the mission was accomplished. 🍃

This home was professionally staged, hit the market, and just days later received an offer. The furniture may be leaving, but the memories of helping buyers fall in love with the space remain.

Every sofa, pillow, piece of art, and accessory was intentionally placed to tell a story. A story that helped buyers envision themselves living there. And when that vision turns into a signed contract, that’s when we know our work made a difference.

Another Amazing CE Class in the Books! 🏡📚

Yesterday I had the pleasure of teaching my “Staging to Sell: What Every Agent Should Know” CE class, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible group of real estate professionals who showed up ready to learn, share ideas, and grow their businesses.

Every stage, every late night, every risk, every lesson… it’s bigger than business for me.

I’m not just building Texas Stagers for today — I’m building a legacy for my grandchildren. A legacy that teaches them that hard work, creativity, faith, resilience, and love can change the direction of an entire family.

One day, I want them to look back and know that their grandmother didn’t just decorate homes… she built opportunities, opened doors, created wealth, and left footprints they could follow proudly.

The greatest part of success isn’t the money or recognition — it’s knowing the people you love most will benefit from the sacrifices you made when nobody was watching. ❤️

My grandchildren are my “why.”

MONDAY MADNESS 🤣RANDOM THOUGHTS🙄
At this point the lip gloss has more screen time than the actual advice.
Baby, just tell me the tea without the shimmer tutorial.

Social media really creates the most random trends and everybody runs with it like it’s mandatory. Next week somebody gonna be giving financial advice while buttering toast. 🍞😂
