“Absolutely fantastic experience at Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta. Giancarlo was incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience of learning to make pasta fun and enjoyable.

The meal we made was excellent, and we loved getting the chance to learn several different types of pasta and techniques along the way. You can tell Giancarlo really enjoys what he does, and that makes the class even better.

The public classes are a great option for anyone wanting a fun experience, and if there is something specific you really want to learn, I would highly recommend one of the private classes.

Five stars all around. We had a great time, learned a lot, ate very well, and will absolutely be back for more.“
