Layering window treatments is one of the easiest ways to make a bedroom feel complete, and this combination shows why.

White plantation shutters give you crisp lines and total control over light and privacy, while soft custom curtains frame the windows and add warmth to the whole space. Together, they let morning light in when you want it and block it out completely when you don't. As the days get shorter this fall, that kind of flexible light control makes a real difference in how a bedroom feels. At Henson's Designs, we help homeowners in Fulshear and the Katy area pair custom drapes with shutters, roman shades, or wood blinds so every room works the way you need it to.

✔ Plantation shutters for privacy and light control
✔ Custom curtains and custom drapes for softness and style
✔ Professional blind installation for a perfect fit

If your bedroom windows are still bare or relying on basic blinds, stop by and let's design something layered, comfortable, and made just for your home.

Five-star words like these make our whole team smile. One customer shared how easy it was to book with Jana, choose the right style, and get everything ordered and custom made, and we’re grateful for that trust. At Henson’s Designs, we love helping homeowners compare custom blinds and window shades so the finished look feels just right for your space. We also appreciate the shoutout to Fernando for being organized and professional during blind installation, because the details matter when you want a clean fit and smooth operation. Whether you’re leaning toward roman shades for a softer look or plantation shutters for a crisp, timeless finish, we’re here to guide you from start to final install. If you’re in Katy, Brookshire, or Fulshear and want window treatments you’ll feel good about every day, come see us and let’s plan your project.
