In 1996, Brazos Self Storage opened in Bryan, Texas, with 400 state of the art storage units under the ownership and management of Braztex, Inc..

Facilities in Odessa and San Angelo, Texas, opened in 1998 under the name of Lone Star Storage Center, thus giving birth to the Lone Star Storage Centers in Texas. Lone Star Storage Center in Katy, Texas was completed in 2004 and a second storage in Katy, Texas opened 2005. The five facilities consist of over 3,000 units. Our storage facilities are quality market leaders in both products and servi

ces. With our excellent management staff, our goal is to have high occupancy rates by providing products and services associated with the moving and storage industry, thus becoming a single source provider for our customers. The thing we care about most is keeping your property safe. It's also why you'll see electronic gate control, surveillance cameras, resident manager and plenty of lighting.

🎁 Holiday Update from Lone Star Storage Center

What are we thankful for? We are very thankful for our awesome tenants! You all have been wonderful to work for and I’m grateful to be of service to you.

This year, we are continuing with our tradition of collecting toys, and items for the de Pelchin Children’s Center for their annual drive. We will have a donation box in the offices at both locations here on Clay Rd and also on FM529. These donations will be hand delivered to de Pelchin Children’s Center in the beginning of
December. The cut off for the items will be December 1st , 2021. We will also be selling memorial snow flake ornaments, to be placed on our memorial Christmas tree in the offices. These will be for sale for $5.00 (or any other donation amount greater than that). All proceeds will also go to the de Pelchin Children’s Center. These ornaments will be for sale right up to Christmas.

📆 MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

Santa will be visiting our Clay Road location on Saturday December 11th , 2021 from 10am – 12pm. Please bring your kids out to say hello. They can also send their letters directly to Santa via our special mail box which only takes mail for the North Pole. The property on Clay Rd will be decorated for a great photo opportunity! We look forward to seeing you all there.
Be sure to let us know how many kids you’ll be bringing, so we have enough cookies and treats for each one.

HOLIDAY TOY/ PAJAMA DRIVE
November 1st - December 14th

Give the gift of JOY this holiday season to the children of DePelchin Children’s Center.
Lone Star Storage Center proudly sponsored our 1st Holiday toy drive last year and it was a huge success.
We collected a huge box of toys as well as other items for children in foster care. This year we decided to add a very much needed item to the list. PAJAMAS.

During this trying time, we wanted to reach out to let you know how much we appreciate our customers. Our offices will remain open during normal business hours Monday- Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm to help with your storage needs.
We are observing recommended social distancing procedures and are continuing to monitor the situation.

We know that your property is very important to you and we strive to make your experience with us equally as important as your property. If there is any way we can help please feel free to call the office at the number below.

During this interim period, the health and safety of our customers and employees is a top priority.
You can reserve your unit online and then come in at your convenience to sign the paperwork, pay for your unit and pick up your lock/ keys and key code.
All units will be accessible 7 days a week from 6 am to 10 pm.

RE: COVID - 19 Precautions

Amid the growing virus concern, Lone Star Storage will take all necessary steps to ensure
the safety of our employees and our tenants as we all get through this together. Please
take note of the following request/measures to limit the potential spread of the virus.
1. We are encouraging everyone to make their payments either by phone , or online at
(www.lonestarstoragectr.com).
You can also sign up for auto payments by calling into the office to make the arrangements.
2. Our staff will wipe down all office surfaces multiple times per day, including our entry/exit keypads, door handles, faucets, and common areas.
3. Our offices will remain open, but we are asking everyone to limit office visits during this time and if at all possible resolve any concerns via phone or email.
Cash and check payments can still be made in the office, we just want to do our part in limiting human to human exposure.
To date, no person in the Lone Star Storage family is affected or are showing symptoms of the virus.
Safety is our highest concern and we hope these measures will help you as well as our employees avoid the illness.
