Windows of Wisconsin is looking for a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 who can manage the business, lead construction employees, and create “WoW” moments for customers AND coworkers.

You’ll oversee installation, wood shop, and service, with responsibilities that evolve as we grow. We need someone who:

• Makes this a better place to work.
• Delivers service customers want to rave about.
• Knows scheduling and process management.
• Develops people even when they don’t think they need it.
• Connects business goals to the crew’s everyday work.
• Leads with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

We’re excited to be back at the Aurora BayCare Trunk or Treat tomorrow from 4–6pm.
