Banana Pecan, with a Cinnamon Oat Topping

Used Molasses in replacement of my normal honey... deepened the sweetness, and subbed out part of my bread flour, for a whole wheat flour... gave a much chewier texture inside.

I also add a tsp of Orange extract to cut thr richness with cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger for spice.
