Serendipity when the founder of Method Spirits | New York State Vermouth walks into the shop! Cory Fitzsimmons founded Method Spirits in 2020 when, as head bartender at the Union Square Café in NYC he realized that despite an abundance of local NY State distilleries there were no local vermouths. We love both his sweet and dry vermouth and it was super fun hearing about some special projects in the works!
