Toddler Rice Bag
The owie rice pack for kids is a great way to relieve tension, headaches, fever, sore muscles and to help reduce swelling.
Place in a freezer (in a freezer bag or zip lock to keep your packs fresh) for about 20 minutes before use, or keep in freezer between each use.

-WARM IN THE MICROWAVE
Warm in the microwave in 15 second intervals. I would warn you to not let it get too hot. I prefer 15 seconds on one side and then flip and do 15 seconds on the other side. Be cautious of getting your pack too warm, or burning the fabric in the microwave.
