Previously listed for over a year with a previous agent!

Here’s what we did different; We brought in professional photos, high quality videography, virtual staging, and studied market pricing data.

We had several contracts that fell through in repair negotiations, but we didn’t give up.

Every seller deserves an agent willing to keep fighting for the right buyer. Persistence paid off, and this chapter is officially closed for our seller!

Big thank you shout out to Erika Navas who handled escrow deposits, repair requests, and all the behind the scenes paperwork!

Yesterday we spent the better half of the day at the local laundromat 🧺

The heating element went out in our dryer and I was sure that Tyler Flynt was going to be able to fix it and get back on the way to doing laundry.

He fixes everything else, why would this be any different?

Well…despite best efforts we are still out a dryer and no idea what this new issue is.

We woke up this Tuesday feeling grateful for clean clothes and clients to serve. Small issues like this remind us that the little inconveniences we complain about today are often the very things we’ll laugh about tomorrow.

Home isn’t about having everything go perfectly.

It’s about the people you share it with and the gratitude you carry through the unexpected.
