I just want to take a moment to say thank you. 🤙🏽❤️
Watching Huli Huli ‘Ohana BBQ grow every week has been incredible. Seeing new faces walk through the door is exciting, but seeing those same faces come back again and again means even more. We’re earning your trust, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
None of this growth happens without you.
I know I slack sometimes when it comes to posting on social media 😂 but behind the scenes, I’m constantly working. Running the business, getting supplies, creating and testing recipes, training our team, and building better systems. I pretty much spend the entire week preparing for the three days we’re open — and I’m beyond thankful that you guys keep us as busy as you do.
As we grow, one thing matters to me more and more: consistency.
I don’t want your food to be amazing the first time and just “good” the second time. I want you to come in knowing that the plate you loved last time is going to hit the same way this time.
Same flavor. Same quality. Same standard. Every visit.
That’s what we’re working toward every single week. We’re building systems, improving as a team, learning from our mistakes, and getting better as we grow.
And if something ever comes out of our kitchen that isn’t up to our standard or doesn’t taste like you remember it, please let one of us know. Give us the opportunity to make it right. I’d rather know about it and fix it than have you leave disappointed.
We’re still a small family business with a lot of growing left to do, but seeing what this is becoming because of your support is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
