I have really gotten my love for baking back recently and it feels amazing. I made these last night and they are so good! All homemade- they are chocolate cupcakes with strawberry compote in the center and topped with strawberry buttercream. I have not piped frosting in an extremely long time so I have to practice a bit more with that, but otherwise they are amazing and I'm proud of them 😁 ❤️

I've been really getting back into baking recently and having a lot of fun with it. I've also been looking into more recipes to bring along to a weekly girls night tea party I've been doing with some friends- one of which has Celiacs so also altering recipes to be gluten free- and it has been very successful so far 😂 if you have any recommendations, let me know please!
