Nick was back out with a repeat client this week to finish out their guest suite — and it's a clean one:
• Sony 55" 4K Mini LED
• Kanto motion mount (swings out, tucks flat)
• Klipsch CORE 200 soundbar
• Control4 Halo remote tying it all together

Watch how it works: Nick hits Watch, taps YouTube, and the TV powers on, the soundbar wakes up on the right input, and volume just… works. No juggling three remotes. No "which input was it again?" Your guests press one button and they're watching.

Here's a detail most gate installs skip: how do you get out?

Usually it's a free-exit loop or a plain pushbutton anyone can press. On this project we did it right — an Ajax outdoor keypad set up as an exit device, integrated with Control4. The gate only releases with a code, so a wandering visitor (or a clever kid) can't just hit a button and let themselves out, and every exit is time-stamped in the system.

Wireless, weatherproof, tamper-protected — and it looks like it belongs on the property.
