I would personally like to thank everyone for their patience with me these last few months. I had to take a step back from production for a while as I have been having some personal issues, however I will be slowing getting back into the groove of things beginning in the spring with a spring launch.

I will also be updating my inventory this weekend and getting my stock posted as to what I have readily available for sale.

As always, I greatly appreciate your support and patience through my struggles, and I am hopeful 2024 will be a great year for Washington Street Candles!

It’s release day! I tried to find the time to get my first round of fall scents out last week, but with work and the twins Fall Ball schedules I was unable to do so. This release will take place this evening at 6pm central time.

Washington Street Candles turned 2 yesterday!

This year has been the hardest yet. Just as I get in a groove the rug is ripped out from under me forcing me to take a step back. Almost 6 months ago, as most of you know, my husband broke his ankle while assisting with training for work. This occurred the day before our 10 year wedding anniversary and just a few days before our vacation to Florida. In the mix of surgery, doctor’s appointments and physical therapy, we still had 3 kids all getting ready to throw us into the busiest time of year for us… baseball and softball season! As if that wasn’t stressful enough, we made it work and survived the summer. The downside, I was only able to make one release all summer. I was able to still fill several orders as they would come in, but extending my summer line just never got to happen.

Fast forward to now, I’m finally able to get back in my groove as things are finally going back to normal. I’m so excited to see what this fall and winter bring!

With all of that said, I will be releasing my fall line this coming week! I will also have some brand new scents coming in the next few weeks and am so excited to get these scents out! I cannot thank all of my patient customers enough, and especially those who have checked in and continued business!

I hope to start this next year off with a bang, and make this the best year yet!

I will continue taking orders through tomorrow, however will stop taking orders at 8pm CST tomorrow, Thursday March 16th, due to getting orders out and will be on vacation.

The last 24 hours have been extremely stressful! Please bear with me today as I will have to change the launch process today to make things a little easier on myself. I have to take my husband to an appointment today that was not at all in my original plans! Due to this, I will need to set up this launch as I did yesterday. This is not ideal but is necessary as in the last 24 hours I have not had any time to set up my posts, and today is going to be no different. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Please keep in mind today all inventory sales will be closed, and discounted inventory is on a first come/first serve basis.

Please keep in mind, these candles are being discounted on an appearance base or overstock quantity only. They will still smell, burn and melt as usual as the product is still the same. Imperfections happen quite often, and could be for a number of things, but mainly occur during the cooling process. Again, this process only causes imperfections in the overall appearance, the function of the candle remains the same.
