Just wrapped up this stunning house flip in Lebanon, Ohio, and I couldn’t be prouder of the transformation! My crew and I turned this gem around in just 30 days! We went with sleek Tricorn Black on the doors for that bold, modern edge, paired with crisp Alabaster walls to keep it fresh and inviting. All new baseboards, flooring throughout, and we even finished the basement with durable LVP for that extra wow factor.

Best part? We came in under budget by over $5K, proving smart planning pays off! 💰

As we move into 2026 I have to say one of my favorite things about renovating properties is the ability to put the before and after pictures side-by-side and marvel at everything my crew can achieve with precision and speed! 🤩🤩

Another unit finished and we are currently 2 weeks into a beautiful Lebanon home that will be finished soon 😎

I went with this gorgeous ocean honed hexagon mosaic tile floor (paired with a sleek linear drain), and it’s turning out even better than I imagined.
