Starting wages: $17 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description 🚨
Firehouse Concrete Coatings is looking to add one motivated employee to our team!
Our mission is to transform concrete floors with top of the line products and build long-term trusted relationships with satisfied clients. Our team values are a positive attitude, great work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and being on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to use a large orbital concrete grinder
- Ability to use 4” & 7" hand grinder on concrete
- Ability to brush on basecoat and topcoat proficiently
- Understanding and knowledge of measuring quantities of quarts, gallons, etc.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience is a plus / Will train the right candidates
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be on-time, honest, reliable and dependable
- Must be able to bend/kneel/lift (up to 50/LBS)
- Comfortable using power tools
- Detail oriented, with focus on quality and precision
- Team first mentality! Enjoy working with people and working together as a team with good communication
- Experience in trade skills welcome

🏛️ Bringing new life to a piece of history in Perry, Oklahoma 🏛️

We recently wrapped up a 2,100 sq. ft. project inside a 136-year-old historic building right on the downtown square—and this one means a little more than just a new floor.

This space is being transformed into a local bakery, giving the community a place to gather, work, and relax. We’re proud to play a small part in something that will serve Perry for years to come. 🍞☕

Our crew put in the work:
✔️ Removed failing, outdated epoxy
✔️ Repaired multiple damaged areas throughout the slab
✔️ Demolished and rebuilt deteriorating concrete ramps
✔️ Delivered a clean, durable finish that fits the character of the building

What was once worn down is now restored, reinforced, and ready for its next chapter.
