Built for the Chief of our local Colington Fire Department — this piece is fully custom from top to bottom.

🇺🇸 Custom brackets placed on the opposite stripes from our usual layout with no frame, Chief's request! 🦀

And because this was made for firefighters, we reinforced it so it can survive being carried in after law enforcement already handled the scene. Don’t worry — you guys can call it “mutual aid”.

This was a special build to honor our department that serves this community every single day!

We just wrapped up this custom carved sign for our family over at Fishheads Raw Bar & Grill — PVC base, epoxy details, and five coats of spar urethane because the beach doesn’t play around. This one was a labor of love, and we were proud to help highlight their Toy Library to keep the good vibes rolling for locals and visitors. Nothing better than building something that’ll get sand, sun, and smiles every single day!!! Custom carved. Beach‑proofed. Community‑powered.

Today, The Road to Hope Bike Ride made meaningful stops here in Dare County, taking time to honor Sergeant Dulan “Earl” Murray Jr. of the Nags Head Police Department and Fallen Officer Francis Dion Hemilright of the Southern Shores Police Department.

Riders paused to pay their respects before continuing their journey to Washington, D.C., where these heroes’ names live on at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to remembering not only our fallen officers, but all who have given their lives in service to our communities.

Never forgotten.
