EDIT: We found the creator! Paula’s Wreath Expressions. Check the pinned comment. She posted a photo of another one she made. This Valentine wreath from Pinterest would be so easy to make using heart-shaped wreath frames from Dollar Tree. Wrap one with bulky yarn, and the other with ribbon, then wire or glue them together. Add on a bow, and any other decorative items you like.
