h rather stay home and re-arrange my furniture on the weekend than anything else! My own style tends to be a mixture of maximalist and midcentury modern. I adore bright colors and bold patterns, yet at the same time I find peace in earthy tones and warm neutrals. I am based in Luzerne, Pennsylvania and will travel up to an hour if required. This loft apartment project was so much fun to work on!
Large spaces like this can be challenging because of the huge amount of open concept space, not to mention the 11ft+ ceilings making it difficult to feel cozy and homey.

I went with an oversized sectional in the space immediately as you walk in the apartment. I wanted the first thing you see to be a deep seated, plush seating area that invites you in. The colors we picked were light neutrals, soft pinks and earthy greens. We wanted to make it feminine yet bohemian. I absolutely love the way the large floral in the dining area at the far end of the apartment draws your eye and ties in the olive green velvet dining chairs.

I'm so in love with how this project is coming along. Still a few things to add but what a difference 🩷🩷🩷

If you're reading this, thanks for finding me! I took a break to focus on life and family but now I'm back (and re-branded!)

So what I will be offering is a full design service for $250 per room. Here's how it works: 👀

- You'll send me photos and measurements of the space (if you are local I can measure for you.)
- We have a consultation to discuss your style, budget, ideas and generally what you're looking for.
- I create a 3D walkthrough floor plan of your redesigned room which we review together.
- Once the layout is confirmed I put together an idea board showing furniture and accessories for the room along with where to buy everything. Most pieces will be purchased online, and for other pieces if you are local I may suggest we meet at the showroom I am based at to look at them in person before purchasing.

My goal is always to work within a budget and to recommend good quality furniture and accessories. I know that purchasing online can be daunting, that's why I only recommend the very best furniture/accessories from manufacturers I trust.
Working as a designer in a design store for the past 6 years means I have purchased from hundreds of manufacturers and I know the quality of the product I am recommending to you.

Mabel the cow was so lost on this big old wall and my clients' dining room felt unfinished so they reached out and they gave me free reign to make their space feel more cozy and inviting. I'm so in love with the results!

I brought in a rug which had blue and burnt orange as I wanted to accent their beautiful wall but I also wanted to bring another color to the space. I brought in seat cushions in burnt orange for extra comfort and coziness and added modern farmhouse decor to the wall - just look at Mabel now! I opted for plain white sheers on the window to complete the room and soften.

Basement transformation!!! 🤩🤩

This is a previous client of mine from about 4 years ago who reached out to me when I started Nicki Bolton Interiors needing help with curtains and decor. They wanted to make their beautiful home feel more homey, and we definitely did that.

What a difference curtains make!!
As soon as we put these curtains up it felt like a different room.
I chose a dark grey pinstripe curtain to accent their grey leather sectional and the dash of white pulls in their white sheer curtains on the back door.

My client already had the rug but it felt a little small for the space so I turned the rug on an angle which immediately made it feel intentional and gave that 'designer' touch to the room.

I'm obsessed with this transformation!

Hello 👋
I know I've been super quiet on my page the last few weeks! I've been busy being a mum, a fiancée, and a full time designer! I've also been enjoying some much needed family time with my Dad who flew over from England to spend a couple of weeks with us.
