There’s a certain beauty in letting flowers move.

Rather than creating a perfectly symmetrical shape, we like to give each stem room to have its own direction - some reaching up, some bending outward, some tucked quietly into the center.

The result feels more like a garden in bloom than a traditional bouquet: layered, dimensional, and slightly untamed.

Instead of forcing every flower into place, we let the flowers tell us where they want to go.

That’s the kind of floral design we love at FLEUR.

Meaning | Symbolism: Nigella pods symbolize mystery, transformation, and the beauty of life’s natural cycles. Their earthy brown tones represent grounding, resilience, and understated elegance.
Fun Fact: Also known as “Love-in-a-Mist,” Nigella develops distinctive, inflated seed pods after its delicate flowers fade. As the pods mature and turn brown, they become sculptural elements prized by florists for adding texture and an organic, whimsical feel to arrangements.
Care Tip: Trim stems at an angle and place in fresh, clean water. Change the water every 2–3 days and remove any foliage below the waterline. Brown Nigella pods also dry beautifully—simply hang the stems upside down in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space for a long-lasting decorative display.@

The secret to getting a second bouquet from your first one… 🌸

When a few flowers start to fade, don’t throw the whole bouquet away! Take it apart, remove the flowers that have passed, and give the ones that are still beautiful a fresh start. ✨

Choose a smaller vessel, separate your flowers by type, and rebuild your arrangement from the inside out:

🌿 Start with greens to create your shape
🌸 Add your fillers
🌹 Add roses
🌷 Finish with your more delicate flowers

And remember: every single stem gets a little refresh before going back into the vase.

Clean up any damaged petals and leaves, remove anything that will sit below the water line, clean the stem, and trim it at an angle.

A little rearranging can give your bouquet a whole new life. 🤍
