First design reveal of 2026. In today’s presentation we will focus heavily on the floor plan design in the flow of the house. We have a total of 10 designs. There are 6 different floor plans to explore, some with variations to the floorplan. All mood boards are colored, so it’s easy to see which one go together. Can’t wait to show them to my clients.

The designer walking your through this Amazing Dream Kitchen.
This kitchen went from 170 sq. ft (16m2) to 400 sq. ft (37m2).
Not only did we more than double the kitchen space, but we also transformed the entire house.
From a tiny kitchen with a huge dining room, to a well-balanced and well-designed Chef's kitchen with space enough for the living room and an appropriately sized dining room just off the kitchen.

The absolute showstopper is the 13 ft (4 meter) island, yet don't discount out all the Chef's appliances and the biggest sink to date at 50" (127cm), 2 faucets, top of the line insinkerator, wine fridge and lots of storage cabinets with build-in appliances.

A "kitchen remodel" is so much more than just the kitchen itself.

This is what we changed in this remodel:
The foyer of the house, closing in the old kitchen entry door, creating open lay-outs in the main space, knocking down walls, new kitchen lay-out, additional storage and large pantry, huge island, moving windows over for more room for upper cabinets, adding new windows in dining room, new flooring throughout the entire house, updating the staircase, new furniture, creating dedicated zones, update the fireplace, new lights and pendants, new doors, new trim... those are the elements of a magazine worthy remodel.
