I have a wonderful local business which allows me to support other local businesses and charitable organizations. When I started Scentsy it was a good way to have some FUN in my life..... I had four teenage boys at home, a full time job, graduate school and making time for myself was a challenge. I also wanted to be a consultant because I truly LOVE the product.... and have since my first smell of

Pumpkin Roll.... yeah it's that good! As I have grown in my business I have been blessed in so many incredible ways. I have earned free travel (Punta Cana, Cancun, St Louis, A Cruise around the Virgin Islands), I have made SO many lifelong friends, I have literally had MORE laughs than I can count and so many memories and fun adventures crossed off my bucket list. The thing is the more I hear the leadership.... talk with people.... observe business decisions.... listen to keynote speeches.... the more I feel like Scentsy stands for AS A COMPANY what I believe in as a HUMAN BEING..... and yes, I have high standards! I sincerely appreciate my customers, people who like this page, hostesses, team, leadership, co-workers, family and all those who have helped me build this successful (and still growing) business. I welcome questions..... and new customers or new consultants are always enthusiastically supported and appreciated!

When itā€™s been far too long since youā€™ve traveled, you LOVE to travelā€¦ and then Scentsy goes and dangles a dream trip in front of you. šŸ‘€āœˆļø

Yep. Here I am. Making shifts in my business again.

Because thatā€™s how you grow. You look at where you are, decide where you want to go, and make some shifts to get there.

And honestly? With all the life happening lately, a vacation feels VERY necessary. šŸ˜‚

So when I saw this monthā€™s challenge could help me earn a trip to Scotlandā€¦ I was listening.

The Icelandic Fjords AND the Isle of Orkney.

And excuse meā€¦ ORKNEY RHYMES WITH COURTNEY. šŸ˜‚

Clearly, this trip was meant for me.

But you know what I love about this business?

Itā€™s not just the products. Itā€™s not just the parties or the sales or the goals.

Itā€™s the people.

Itā€™s building a community. Helping someone host their first party. Watching someone discover that theyā€™re really good at connecting people. Cheering someone on when they hit a goal they werenā€™t sure they could reach.

And then sometimesā€¦ getting to lead a team of women who are doing their own thing, chasing their own goals, and discovering what theyā€™re capable of.

There is something really good about being the Scentsy lady. ā¤ļø

And after all these years, I still get excited about what this business can make possible ā€” for me and for the people who decide to jump in and build something of their own.

So yesā€¦ Iā€™m making some shifts.

Because apparently Courtney is trying to get herself to Orkney. šŸ˜‚šŸ“āœˆļø

And maybe thereā€™s another woman out there who needs a little something of her own to chase, too. ā¤ļø
