What’s happening over at Kittery’s newest boutique ?
At this week’s site visit we enjoyed seeing many of the unique exterior details being finished up. We love how the transitional design of the two buildings references the history of the site while adding contemporary elements for the modern traveler. The interior is also coming along nicely and we cannot wait to share the finished photos soon!

Designing with purpose. Preserving with care.

We’re excited to share that our design for the adaptive reuse of a historic Exeter church has received unanimous approval from the Exeter Historic District Commission.

This transformation will create much-needed student housing and staff apartments for Phillips Exeter Academy—bringing new life to a building that has long been part of the community fabric.

Through carefully integrated dormers and subtle architectural interventions, the design adds function while respecting the scale, character, and history of the original structure.

A meaningful example of how thoughtful design can honor the past while shaping what’s next.
