🎃 A little Halloween fun, Angle Interiors style!

Took an old look, added some “treats”—a spooky makeover, now complete! 👻✨🧹

(See the “before” Haunted Forest, inspired by Bob Ross, in the comments! 👇)

🧙🏽‍♀️A little Halloween fun is creeping into the studio~🎃

🧹 Instead of starting with a blank canvas, I decided to give an older painting a completely new personality.

💡It’s a fun reminder that sometimes you don’t need new—you just need to look at what you already have a little differently. That philosophy works for interiors, too.

Here’s a sneak peek for now… 👀
Full reveal coming soon!

🎨 Something new is taking shape at Angle Interiors.

I’m refreshing my website to better reflect how art, color & design come together. A little preview while the makeover is underway…

⁉️Remember the little red-feathered visitor I mentioned in my last post? He’s here—and ready to steal the scene! ❤️🐦

Introducing: Cardinal Cove 3, my completed commissioned winter landscape, inspired by the mountains surrounding Asheville, NC and the works of Bob Ross🎨

👀A little peek behind the scenes in my studio…

👩🏻‍🎨I’m currently working on a commissioned western North Carolina landscape, with lots of cool blue mixing to build its layered depth. And eventually, one small red-feathered visitor will steal the scene 🪶☺️♥️

Stay tuned for the final reveal! 🖼️

🎨 Latest commission: Cardinal Cove 2 ❄️❤️

The request? A simple winter scene + a cardinal.
I pulled together inspiration, added my own touches…and voilà! 🖌️

I love how hand-painted art can bring something personal and unexpected to a home or vacation rental🏡

It also makes a thoughtful realtor closing gift 🎁—something created with the new homeowner in mind while supporting a local artist😉

✨ Artwork available + commissions welcome.

🇺🇸 Happy Birthday, America! ❤️🤍💙

I was honored to be invited back by Knightdale’s Town Hall to display my painting, Landscape of Liberty: 250, as part of our community’s America 250 celebration.

🇺🇸Inspired by the beauty of our country, this piece is dedicated to all who have served—and continue to serve—our nation.

Thank you, Knightdale, for continuing to support local artists and for including my work in this special celebration.

(Flagscape concept inspired by paintwithjosh, with my own personalized elements.)

Wishing everyone a joyful and safe Independence Day!
❤️🤍💙

☀️ Meet Sundew, Sherwin-Williams’ June Color of the Month.

A cheerful, buttery, sun-baked yellow that brings warmth and light without the starkness.

💡I love it paired with earthy greens, warm woods, and natural textures.

With 1,700+ Sherwin-Williams paint colors to choose from, let a Certified Color Expert help you keep it simple😊

👩🏻‍🎨What’s on my canvas?!?
A Patriotic Palette!

🇺🇸 Your favorite Certified Color Expert and landscape artist was honored to be asked to paint a patriotic piece for display at my local Town Hall! It will be featured throughout July in celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary ❤️🤍💙

So here’s a little work-in-progress sneak peek…😉

🎨 April color of the month:
Sherwin-Williams SW 6548 Grape Mist

🫟A dusty lavender with a soft blue undertone that creates a calm, meditative feel. It reflects a balanced amount of light—soft and airy, but when paired with warmer lighting, a slightly grayer tone will emerge.

💡Coordinates beautifully in a palette pairing of SW’s Grape Harvest, Reflection, & Extra White.

Perfect for bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms & other spaces looking for a little extra serenity🛁✨
