We are proud to announce an exciting new chapter for R2R studio.

Please join us in congratulating three outstanding leaders on their promotions to Principals of R2R studio:

▪️ Stefanie Genua - Director of Business Development
▪️ Meagan Grohol – Studio Director
▪️ Daria Krol - Design Director

Over the years, each of them has brought something truly invaluable to our team. Through countless projects, challenges, milestones, and moments of growth, they have continuously led with integrity, passion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Their influence reaches far beyond their titles; they have helped shape the culture of our studio, strengthened our relationships with clients and communities, mentored and supported our team, and played a significant role in defining the vision and future of R2R studio.

What makes this announcement especially meaningful is that these promotions are not simply about new titles, they reflect the tremendous impact they have already made. At R2R Studio, we believe architecture is about more than just buildings. It’s about people, collaboration, and creating space for different talents to thrive. We recently had the opportunity to speak with first-year students in the College of Architecture & Design at the University of Tennessee, sharing our experiences and encouraging them to pursue the passions that brought them here in the first place.

One of the most important things we hoped to leave with them is this: there is no single path to success in architecture. Our profession needs creatives, problem-solvers, leaders, communicators, technical thinkers, and visionaries alike. If you have a passion for design, there is a place for you here. We’re grateful for the opportunity to encourage the next generation of architects and designers and to continue investing in the future of our industry.
