Returns and exchange details
I accept returns. Returned item must be in the original, unused condition it was received, including the packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless the reason is due to my error (i.e., sending the wrong item). I will send a re
fund/exchange (minus shipping costs) as soon as I receive the returned item. Returned items that show any signs of damage or use may be refused. If your order arrives to you damaged, you must send me pictures of the damaged item in Etsy messenger to be eligible for return. Orders sent within the US are not considered 'lost' unless 3 weeks have passed without delivery. I will send you a refund/replacement only after those time frames have passed and your package has not shown up. If your order hasn't arrived, you have 4 weeks to contact me (for US addresses) and 8 weeks to contact me (for international addresses) from ship date. I will not issue refunds or replacements for orders past those times.

Buyers are responsible for providing a valid and up to date mailing address. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses, old addresses, typos etc. If you provide an incorrect address, I will have to re-bill you for additional shipping etc. Please be mindful and double check your shipping address. I am not responsible for delivery errors made by USPS, once the package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the order. If a package is returned to us as "not claimed", "unable to deliver", "address invalid" or anything similar, I will not refund it. The buyer will have to pay for shipment again and I will ship it out as soon as I receive payment. Orders are shipped out roughly 2-3 business days from order (depending on the day of the week), Monday-Friday. US orders typically take 2-10 business days to transit, and international can range anywhere between 1-8 weeks depending on customs. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. I do not accommodate rush order requests. Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Delivery confirmation (tracking) is included for orders to the US and many countries including Canada, Australia, UK/EU
Etsy automatically collects VAT/GST/etc. for Australia, Norway and UK. If you are not located in any of these countries, you may be charged customs when your purchase is delivered. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Federal law requires that we mark all packages as merchandise and declare the correct value of the package.
