I would normally say that I’m not trying to toot my own 🎺…..but with 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 cake, I am tooting it from the rooftops!!!

I legit can’t believe how crazy cool this one turned out, and I am sooooo proud of myself on the toppers! The lawnmower, weedeater and leaf blower were special requests, and after finding out that the sets on Etsy were close to $65, I decided to take on the challenge myself. And after 𝟒 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 of fondant work (and quickly realizing 𝒘𝒉𝒚 the sets on Etsy were so expensive 🤣), I think they’re sheer perfection!!!

And while I don’t know that I’ll ever take on something like this again, I couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out!

Since I get woken up most mornings by my own personal “Garfield” (you know the type…orange, chubby and more than a little ornery, haha), it seemed fitting to start the day off with the kitties that woke me up 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 morning! 🤣😜🤣

While I didn’t manage to get a picture of the 𝟭𝟬𝟮 𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 accompanying this little beauty to the church, I am 𝘴𝘸𝘰𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 over the elegant simplicity of this design. The purple and sage color scheme somehow seems tailor-made for a day like today….absolutely 👌🏻!

And a huge congratulations to this wonderful couple, on the best day of their lives ❤️

I don’t think that there’s a chance I will EVER forget this cake pickup, but for all the wrong reasons….

While standing by our cars at the Kroger on Cedar Bluff this afternoon, we got a front row seat to the worst wreck I’ve ever seen, and a wreck that almost careened up an embankment onto both of our cars.

Needless to say, it was definitely one of those “go home and hug the people you love” kind of moments. Stay safe out there guys….and maybe buckle those cakes up. ❤️

Love, love 𝑳𝑶𝑽𝑬 this Halloween-themed birthday cake, it turned out sooooo cute!!!
