I wanted to take a moment and do a little informational post on how to properly burn a candle !

1. Make sure your candle is not near anything flammable

2. It takes 2-3 hours for a candle to properly create a full melt pool , meaning the whole top of the candle is completely melted.

3. You should NOT burn a candle more then 4 hours , this will create the candle to over heat. This one people seem to forget about and it’s very important.

4. Try not to move your candle around when lit it can cause issues with the burning of the candle.

5. When you go to relight your candle always trim the wick 1/4 inch. This is to help create a clean burn for the next light and no black soot.
