Job Title: ✨ Christmas Lights Installer and helper.✨

About the Role

Switch Christmas Lights is looking for hungry, hustler-minded Christmas Lights Installers who aren’t afraid of heights and love to make homes shine. If you’re active, reliable, and know how to hustle, this is your chance to earn big. Seasonal job with overtime from October through January.

We provide training on all tools, safety, and installation techniques — you bring the hustle, energy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
• Install Christmas lights on rooflines, trees, bushes, columns, wreaths, and garlands with precision and care
• Handle ladders, tools, and equipment safely (GOAT ladders, staplers, zip ties, glue guns, etc.)
• Maintain Company standard of perfectly straight roofline bulbs, evenly spaced lights, and fluffed greenery
• Communicate with customers: notify them before arrival, explain the installation plan, and ensure 5-star satisfaction
• Work efficiently as part of a crew (1 lead + 1–2 helpers) to finish jobs on time and with quality
• Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and weather-related precautions

What We’re Looking For
• Hustler personality — motivated, driven, and results-focused
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Physically capable of carrying heavy ladders and equipment
• Easy talker — strong communication skills with teammates and customers
• Active, energetic, reliable, and eager to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude who values service, integrity, and commitment

Compensation
• Lead tech $20-25/hr plus overtime plus bonuses at the end of the season
• Helper $16-20/hr plus overtime plus bonuses at the end of the season
