💡EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: BRADIE AUGUSTUS

This week, we’re introducing you to Bradie Augustus, Bandit Lites’ Integration Drapery Project Manager! 👋

Bradie works across Bandit’s venue integration projects, helping bring drapery designs to life in music and entertainment venues. From coordinating fabric selections and managing fabrication timelines to ensuring every detail fits the venue’s design, she plays an important role in turning plans into finished spaces.

Although Bradie has been with Bandit for just over a year, the company has been part of her life for much longer. Growing up with a dad who worked in Bandit’s touring department, she has fond memories of visiting the shop as a kid. Now, she’s building her own career with Bandit, bringing her background in interior design and architecture to projects she loves seeing evolve from concept to completion.

Her favorite part of the job? Watching years of planning and collaboration come to life. And when it comes to her favorite “piece of gear,” Bradie appreciates her collection of fabric samples, which help her understand how each material will look and perform in a finished space.

Outside of work, she enjoys fishkeeping, reading manga, and tackling home renovations and DIY projects.

💻 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: NICK EHRHART

Ever wonder who keeps the computers running when a technical issue pops up? Meet Nick Ehrhart, Bandit’s IT Support Technician!

As the frontline IT support tech at our Nashville offices, Nick spends his days triaging user issues, researching solutions to complex problems, and helping minimize computer-related headaches for the team. After more than a year at Bandit, he’s still enjoying what he likes most about the job: understanding complex systems and solving problems.

When we asked Nick about his favorite piece of gear, his answer was a little different from what you might expect. His pick? His Keychron K10 Hall Effect keyboard, which he brought from home and uses throughout the day.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys reading, drawing, watching shows, and playing games. One of which he captains a tournament team for. He has also recently gotten back into chess. ♟️
