Our team had the opportunity to volunteer at the ACE Mentor Program of America’s Trades Day event! ACE Mentor Program of America is a no-cost after-school program that prioritizes workforce development for high school students by connecting them with experts from the design and construction industry.👷

At Trades Day, students explored hands-on stations led by industry professionals, discovering different trades and career pathways within the AEC industry — and we were thrilled to help make that experience possible.🏗️ 📏

👋 Meet Ainsley! Ainsley is our newest architectural designer. A little about her:

🏠 Ainsley loves historical buildings and learning about the things that happened in them/the people that occupied them.

🌎 She grew up moving around a lot with the Air Force and her favorite place she has lived in is Guam.

✏️Ainsley first became interested in Architecture in elementary school, and would draw "floor plans" of different houses that she wanted to live in the next time she moved.
