Hash Brown Chicken Casserole ❤️⭐️ You will love this recipe, Don't MISS it!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, Southern Style
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup summer sweet corn, canned or fresh
2 C sour cream or plain yogurt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
3 cups cooked shredded roasted chicken
2 cups bread crumbs, Ritz cracker crumbs or corn flake crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes in 9 by 13 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except the crumbs. Pour the soup and vegetable mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.

Old Fashioned Butter Cake Recipe -Easy!!!- Don't Lose This Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease and flour two 8 inch x 2 inch baking pans and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add butter, milk, and vanilla. With a hand mixer, beat for 2 minutes, occasionally scraping down the sides of the bowl.
Add eggs and beat for 2 minutes more.
Pour batter into prepared pans, dividing equally between the pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven.
Cool in the pans for 10 minutes and then turn cakes out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Frost with your favorite frosting. I used my favorite chocolate frosting, the one on the back of the Hersey’s cocoa can.

Cheap dinner that will last a few nights...Prepare one box of Rice a Roni Spanish rice as directed on the box. In a large skillet brown 1 lb lean ground beef, chopped onions, chopped red and green bell peppers. Add a sprinkle of shredded cheese, 1 can of Rotel, salt pepper and cumin. Combine all together along with the prepared rice. Pour into a baking dish and top with additional shredded sharp cheddar cheese and bake at 350 ° for 25- 30 minutes.

FRIED APPLE or PEACH PIES - Don’ Lose This Recipe 😋
Ingredients
2 boxes (14.1 oz each) refrigerated pie crust
1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup milk
1 egg white, beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove pie crusts from package and allow to come to room temperature while you prepare filling.
Dump pie filling in a shallow bowl and dice peaches using a fork and knife (you want them to be small pieces). Add in cinnamon and mix until blended. Set aside.
Unroll pie crusts and cut 6 circles from each crust using a 4-inch biscuit cutter. You may have to re-roll the scraps to get the 6th circle.
Using a 1 tbsp cookie scoop, drop peach pie filling into center of each pie crust circle. Fold in half and pinch edges completely. Fold pinched edges over and press with the tines of a fork to seal. Poke hand pie with fork once, to prevent bursting.
Beat egg white in a small bowl until frothy. Brush over the tops of each hand pie. Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet (1 inch apart) for about 15 minutes, until browned.
While pies are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Remove cooked pies from baking sheet and drop (while warm) into glaze, coating it completely. I use two forks to flip it in the glaze and remove carefully. Return to parchment paper and allow to set (about 5 minutes). ENJOY!

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
Ingredients
5 carrots, chopped
3 onions, chopped
2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
1 large head cabbage, chopped
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
2 quarts tomato juice
2 green bell peppers, diced
10 stalks celery, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
Directions
Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are tender. May be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Homemade Hamburger Peppers And Onion Gyros🤤🔥
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tsp Olive Oil
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup onion, chopped
1 can Rotel green chiles with diced tomatoes, your choice Hot or Mild
4 Pita breads, softened and warmed slightly
½ cup sour cream
¼ bleu cheese crumbles
Instructions
Slightly warm the Pitas in the microwave
In a skillet crumble the ground beef
Add in the olive oil, green and red peppers and the onion
Cook until meat is no longer pink
Continue until the peppers and the onions have softened
Add in the can of Rotel and stir to mix in well
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil
Place a pita on each
Add roughly ¼ of the meat mix onto each pita
Using the aluminum foil, roll up the foil and the gyro together
Top with the sour cream and bleu cheese if desired.

Old oven peach cobbler
*ingredients:
°1 can peaches, sliced, drained
°1 cup Bisquick mix
°1 cup milk
°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
°1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
°1/2 cup melted butter
°1 cup sugar
°Vanilla ice cream (optional)
* Directions :
Preheat oven 375 degrees
In an 8" x 8" baking dish, stir together the Bisquick mixture, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined. Stir in melted butter.
In sized bowl, blend sugar & peaches. Pour peaches on cobbler's crust.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until crust is golden. Put vanilla ice cream on top

No-Bake Banana Split Cake - Don't Lose This
INGREDIENTS:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
pinch salt
4 bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping {or homemade whipped cream}
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained & patted dry with a paper towel
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) and blend in graham cracker crumbs with a fork until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
With an electric mixer, blend remaining 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter with cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and salt. beat 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy. Spread mixture over graham cracker crumbs.
Slice bananas and arrange evenly over cream cheese mixture; top with crushed pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple; sprinkle with chopped pecans and place cherries on top.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 to 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Sweet Potato Pie 😋😋
Ingredients
1 (1 pound) sweet potato, with skin
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
½ cup milk
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions
Place whole sweet potato in pot and cover with water; bring to a boil. Boil until tender when pierced with a fork, 40 to 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove sweet potato from the pot and run under cold water. Remove and discard skin.
Break sweet potato flesh apart and place in a bowl. Add butter and mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Add sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla; beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Cook's Note:
Pie will be puffed up like a soufflé when you remove it from the oven, but will deflate as it cools.

Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole
Ingredients
3 cups cooked chopped chicken, or canned chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup cooked, chopped bacon
1 (12 oz) can refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits
1 additional cup grated cheese for top of casserole
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon. **Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture. Top with remaining cup of grated cheese.
Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

KFC ORIGINAL SECRET CHICKEN RECIPE
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
⅔ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon ground thyme
½ tablespoon basil
⅓ tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
4 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons ground white pepper
½ teaspoon Accent flavor enhancer (MSG) optional
1 whole chicken
1 egg beaten
1 cup full-fat buttermilk
vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Cut the chicken into breast, thigh, leg, and wing pieces.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour and all of the seasonings.
In a large bowl, add buttermilk and beaten egg. Stir or whisk to combine.
Add the chicken pieces to the buttermilk mixture.
Soak the chicken for about 30 minutes.
Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet.
To bread the chicken, remove the chicken from the buttermilk and shake off excess.
Place each piece into the flour mixture.
Coat the chicken fully and then shake off all of the excess flour.
Place the chicken onto the wire rack.
Bread all of the chicken. The breaded chicken should rest for about 15 minutes before frying.
Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep fryer. If you do not have a deep fryer you should use a Dutch oven and fill it half full of vegetable shortening. If you are using a Dutch oven, use a thermometer to make sure the temperature is maintained at 350 degrees. If the temperature drops too low, the breading will become greasy.
Cook the chicken in 2 or 3 batches. The breasts and thighs will take about 15 to 18 minutes to cook. The wings and legs will take about 12 to 13 minutes to cook.
Drain the fried chicken on a clean wire rack on top of a baking sheet.

Cajun Chicken An Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients:
Salt
1 pound penne or other small pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
2-3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (see notes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
How to Make It:
Heat oven to 200°F. In large pot, bring 4 quarts salted water to boil.
Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 9 minutes. Drain pasta, reserving cooking water. Set pasta aside.
Return cooking water to boil. Add broccoli; boil until just tender and bright green, about 2 minutes. Plunge immediately into bowl of ice water. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of chicken generously with Cajun seasoning.
In large skillet, heat oil until shimmering. Arrange chicken in single layer and sauté, flipping once, until temperature on internal thermometer reaches 155°F, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet, cover with foil and transfer to oven to keep warm.
Wipe skillet with paper towel and return to stove. Over medium-high heat, melt butter and heat until foaming. Stir in garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Whisk in wine; bring to simmer. Simmer until sauce has reduced by half, about 2 minutes.
Whisk in cream; simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Add reserved pasta to skillet and toss gently to coat. Arrange broccoli over pasta; top with chicken and garnish with additional parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes:
To make your own Cajun Seasoning: Combine 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme and 1/2 tablespoon onion powder.
To get a head start: The pasta can be cooked in advance, refrigerated and refreshed in hot water just before serving. The broccoli can be blanched and shocked in ice water in advance; simply store in refrigerator in cold water. The Cajun seasoning can be made anytime.
