🏡 Sixty12 Marketplace at Factory Carpet

Flooring • Estate Solutions • Weekly Online Auctions

Right now is a great time to refresh your home—or let us help with life's next transition.

Did you know we do more than just flooring?

✔️ Quality carpet, luxury vinyl, laminate, and more
✔️ Professional online estate auctions
✔️ Weekly multi-consignor auctions for smaller estates, downsizing, moving, or individual consignments

Not every estate has enough for a full estate auction—and that's okay. Many items can still be sold through our weekly online auctions, helping you clear the home while maximizing value.

Whether you're updating your home with new flooring right now, settling an estate, downsizing, or simply looking to consign a few items, Andy and Amanda are here to help with honest advice, personal service, and years of experience.
