Before you can design the site, you need to understand it.

MBI’s Survey Team provides the accurate site information needed to take projects from early planning through construction.

Our capabilities include:

• Land surveying
• Topographic mapping
• Construction layout and staking
• Drone, GPS, and terrestrial data collection
• Aerial imagery and digital terrain models
• As-built documentation
• Coordination with our in-house civil engineers

Why survey? Accurate information at the beginning of a project can improve design decisions, identify potential issues earlier, and help reduce surprises once construction begins.

Bring on the shade! ☀️

We all appreciate a little relief from the summer sun, but shade structures can do much more than keep us comfortable. Canopies, overhangs, pergolas, and tensile systems can help reduce heat gain, lower cooling demands, and protect a building’s exterior from the elements.

Functional, beautiful—or both—these features show how thoughtful design can make a big difference.
