As part of our Summer Internship Program, interns get the chance to visit project sites and see the design and construction process in action. During a recent tour of the Lakeshore Park upgrades project, Project Manager Langston Dailey shared insights on everything from site layout to material selection.

These hands-on experiences help bring classroom concepts to life and provide a closer look at how projects are built from the ground up.

Another successful project with our healthcare partner Covenant Health. We are proud to be able to help providers deliver the best healthcare for their patients.

This weekend, our team received and began installing a new TrueBeam linear accelerator, an advanced radiation therapy system designed to deliver highly precise cancer treatment. This technology uses advanced Hypersight Imaging with Adaptive Therapy that allows our physicians to better see tumors and to focus the treatment, helping improve the treatment experience for patients. We’re looking forward to bringing this next level of care to our community!

MBI was grateful to kick off Memorial Day weekend with the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial Association’s annual breakfast. The MBI Team joined friends and colleagues to celebrate the Medal of Honor recipient Roddie Edmonds and hear the story of his WWII heroics to protect his Jewish American soldiers in a POW camp from his son and local pastor Chris Edmonds. We are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and those who gave their lives to defend it.

As Dr. Mallard shared during his speech, every part of the space was designed with intentionality — from the welcoming waiting room and bright finishes to the very popular prize wall! It’s exciting to see a space created specifically to make children and families feel comfortable, cared for, and excited about their visit.

We’re excited to have these students joining the MBI team to learn more about the world of design and architecture. From recent grads to seasoned architects, they’ll get to learn from professionals across every stage of the industry while gaining hands-on experience along the way.

We can already tell it’s going to be a fun and creative summer — and we can’t wait to see their final project presentations!

These MBI golfers had a great time participating in the Morristown-Hamblen Hospital Foundation Golf Classic! It was a wonderful day supporting a cause that makes a meaningful impact in our community.

Proceeds from the tournament help the Foundation provide continuing education, program development, medical equipment, and patient care resources that directly benefit the hospital and those it serves. Proud to support an organization investing in better healthcare for our region.
