📌 Save this one! The boxed brownie hack everyone’s making. Sweetened Condensed Milk Brownies 🍫 ✅ Comment RECIPE + follow and I’ll DM you the link to save or print.

⏲️ The Shortcut: Just mix brownie mix, one egg, a can of sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate chips. That’s it.

These fudgy brownies come together fast and taste like a homemade brownie you spent way more time on. Perfect for weeknights, holidays, or anytime you need a super simple dessert that still delivers.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 box dark chocolate fudge brownie mix (18.2 oz)
• 1 large egg
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• ⅔ cup semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163ºC). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan generously and line with parchment paper (see notes for tips).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg, and sweetened condensed milk with a spatula, scraping the sides and the bottom of the bowl as needed. Stir until fully combined and thick. It will take a few minutes to come together.
3. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs. The edges should look set and start pulling away from the pan, and the top will start to crack.
6. Cool completely (30 minutes to 1 hour) in the pan before cutting into squares.

Dangerously good. 🍯🌶️ Honey Gochujang Chicken is sweet, spicy, sticky, and done in under 30 minutes. ✅ Comment RECIPE + follow and I’ll DM you the link

⏲️ The Shortcut: Just one pan and simple pantry sauces.

This honey gochujang chicken is bold, flavorful, and easy enough for a weeknight. Serve it over rice or noodles for a full meal that comes together fast.

INGREDIENTS
1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 4 thighs)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)

DIRECTIONS

Pat the chicken dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until coated.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add the chicken and cook for 8–12 minutes until browned and cooked through (165°F/74°C). Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet over medium heat, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon water. Simmer, then reduce to low for 1–2 minutes. Add more water if needed.

Remove from heat. Add the chicken back in and toss to coat. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

If cream cheese is involved, I’m bringing it to the party. Cream Cheese Chili Cheese Dip 🧀 Creamy layers baked until hot and bubbly, perfect for scooping. ✅ Comment RECIPE + follow and I’ll DM you the link

⏲️ The Shortcut: Canned chili keeps this dip quick and low-effort.

This easy chili cheese dip starts with a creamy base of cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo, then gets layered with chili and shredded cheese. It bakes up warm and melty, making it ideal for game day, casual get-togethers, or anytime you need a dependable party dip.

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayo
1 (15-ounce) can chili, with or without beans
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until combined. Small lumps are fine.

Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish or similar size.

Pour the chili over the cream cheese mixture in an even layer.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
