In/out 2026
Out- LVP at any price point. In- solid natural oak, wide plank
Out- white quartz with gray vein especially prominent veining. In- warm neutral quartz with muted veining….Taj Mahal!! I’ve found a durable more affordable Taj version…call me for info! I’m trending away from white tops in anticipation! I think they’re gonna date everyone soon!
Out- white kitchens In- natural oak cabinets. Fluted cabinets!!
Out- stainless vent hoods In- wood or Sheetrock and plaster.
Out- all carpet ☹️
Out- black and bronze bath fixtures In- ch*****ne bronze sometimes called brushed gold and dare I Say the brushed nickel will come back.
Out- for walls the grays are long gone and whites are still hot but I’m starting to see the builders tan type colors coming back like Accesible beige and Maison Blanche by SW. 😲
Out- subway tile In- Zellige tile and large format tile with minimal grout lines.
In- allll the arches!
