Generally, all LVT comprises layers: a wear layer, an image layer, a core layer, and a backing layer.

-The wear layer creates a scratch and UV-resistant surface.
-The image layer is where the desired look of the floor is printed on a textured surface.
-The core layer dictates the classification of the LVT for durability and comfort underfoot.
-The backing layer comes last and impacts strength and soundproofing.

Great looking 8mm Lvp install.. Over 4,000sf installed in 2 1/2 days. Had to do a lot leveling but turned out Great.. Come see Wendy at Flooring America.
