Frogs Eye Quilts Frog's Eye Quilts is all about the talents and creations of Cindy Tipton Cindy was born in Maryland but grew up in northeastern Florida. And then they did!

She met her husband while he was In the Navy. When he told her to 'Stick with him and they would go places!' She did! The first place was Arlington, Texas for thirty years. Go Cowboys! Go Rangers! but they didn't stop there...

They have also made visits to Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, the Caribbean and South and Central America. The mother of four children (now all grown), she has settled wit

h her husband outside of Knoxville, Tennessee where she is active in her church and just can't seem to find enough time for her own quilt projects anymore. She is a self-taught quilter that is driven by her faith in God, love of family and the desire to create.
