We move in this Thursday and we cannot be more excited!

Have you ever bought a piece of furniture because it was solid wood, but you weren’t just IN LOVE with it?

I do. More than I’d like to admit.

My friend was selling this console table the other day and I had no idea why, but I bought it. I brought it home, let it sit in the garage a couple days while I contemplated what to do with it. It is solid, but needed some cosmetic help.
I first took some stripper and got the paint off the top. I thought I would just paint the base and leave the top the original exposed pine, but after stripping it I didn’t like the grain as much as I thought I would, so paint it is!

I’ve never painted a piece of furniture black before, but I had this sitting around and decided to try it out.

Many around my neck of the woods know me for having just about anything you’re searching for. From funky finds to unique furniture, it’s always been my forte.

I used to have a flea market booth to display these items, but I shut it down in 2021 and I have been paying for storage since. I am currently on a list to open it back up. Number 39 on the list to be exact, so I figured I’d start here.

A page dedicated to minimizing and offing my hoard of items.

There have been lots of life changes happening this way and I’ve realized that I have way too much to even begin to display in my home. Way too many dishes that I will never host enough events to use. Way too much artwork I will never have wall space to display. Way too much furniture I will never have a place to put it. With that being said, I don’t want to deal with the drama of Facebook marketplace and the multiple yardsale pages to post on. This is it for me until I get the booth back.

If you’re interested in purchasing pieces my mother and I have gathered for years, here is your chance.
If I’m selling something it will be on here.
Will everything be vintage and antique items? No. But the majority of it will be.
Stay tuned for post with reasonable pricing, and fun bidding wars and drawings. Share with your friends.
