Last weekend I took my icosahedrons on a little road trip to .hotel to photograph them. I really enjoyed all the concrete and minimal elements on the hotel property. Specially enjoyed the concrete moon 🌕 pad.
Unfortunately I caught a 🥶 cold the night before and only had the strength to carry one of my icosahedrons out of my car to shoot 📸
Tried for the first time and I loved it!!! Will def be making this a landers stop every time I visit.
Had a surprise soundbath and headed back home for much needed rest.
Fun fact: I met over a decade ago when I started making concrete objects for funsies. I was using his tutorials and templates for the first pieces I ever made. I would print them on photo paper I had laying around before I learned to make silicone molds. The shapes changed over time. The icosahedron grew too.
Looking forward to another .hotel visit in the future. 🛸🌵🏜️
