Well, there goes another school year. And wow that was an interesting one. The low was definitely breaking my ankle and spending the last 3 months on a scooter (but just 3.5 more days!!). There were so many highs, but certainly the best part was all the connections I was privileged enough to make with all my fantastic students. I will miss them all! I hope many of my 4th graders will join me again next year and that those who don’t and my 5th graders will have a wonderful next adventure.
It is now time for my yearly transition as well. During the school year, I am a teacher first then a baker. But during those few summer months I get to flip that and throw myself into baking (while still teaching a few lessons).
Stay tuned to find out where I’ll be bringing said baked goods (especially macarons)! I’ll create another post a bit later with my market info!
