Aptiv desperately needed a boardroom refresh. The image was small and dark. The large window caused too much glare. Participants were remote more often than they thought. The new design had to meet Microsoft Teams certification and standards..
We brought in a Sony Professional Solutions Americas laser projector paired with a new Da-Lite screen to solve the image size. Lutron Electronics A Lutron Electronics motorized roller shade helped cut glare from the window and further increased brightness..
Because the seating is flexible and the space is large, we chose a Shure electronics ceiling array microphone to enhance audio throughout the room. Q-SYS PTZ cameras and audio processing provide remote participants with strong meeting equity..
Rounding out the space, Crestron one-touch-join Microsoft Teams Rooms environment, with custom advanced room controls, makes this room easy to use!

Kace is originally from Fort Collins, CO, and now lives in La Crosse, WI, with his wife Kristin, two wonderful daughters, Remy (2yo) and Isla (4mo), and their dog Niko..
As an installation technician, he loves working with the latest and greatest tech, meeting new people and businesses, and creating solutions..
Kace could not live without caffeine, a close second to family. His favorite food is chicken, and loves reading, hiking, and running..
In his spare time, you will find Kace with his family, followed by endless house projects and video games. Kace is also a certified drone pilot and now a certified technician specialist!. He does voice-over work from time to time, as well as editing and video production. I like short walks on the beach, especially when it leads to a chair to sit in!.
