The reality of being a small business owner: you’re the salesperson, cashier, customer service, marketing department, stockroom, accountant… and sometimes mind reader. 😂🕯️
And then there are those customers where you’re standing there thinking:
“Yep… I’m never seeing you again.” 👀💀
But you smile, provide the best customer service possible, and send them off with a cheerful,
“Thank you so much! Hope to see you again!” 😊
Because when you own a small business, every customer matters—even the ones you know are probably never coming back. 😂

Ever wonder what goes into turning an empty booth into a full-on candle shop? 👀
Here’s the hyper-speed version of me setting up for market day! 😂
Tables ➡️ displays ➡️ candles ➡️ wax melts ➡️ signs ➡️ “Wait… where should I put this?” ➡️ MORE CANDLES. 🕯️🕯️🕯️
It takes a little work (okay… A LOT of work 😅), but seeing it all come together makes it totally worth it!
Now you know what happens before the doors open and the customers arrive. ❤️
