Delight District

09/29/2026

Have you got plans this weekend? If not, here’s one that comes with good food, good company, lots of fun—and an even better cause!

If my memory serves me right, Delight District has been a proud sponsor of Helping Hands Worldwide Inc.’s Maskara Night since Year 1 — and this year is no different. 💜

There’s still time to grab your tickets and join the celebration! But beyond the music, food, dancing, and fun, there’s something much bigger behind every ticket purchased.

Proceeds help support Helping Hands Worldwide Inc.’s medical mission in Romblon**, bringing much-needed care to communities back home. 🇵🇭❤️

And that is exactly why Delight District continues to support this event year after year. Our sponsorship may be small, but knowing that our little contribution becomes part of something much bigger—something that can help provide care, relief, and hope to others—makes it worth every bit.

So come out, have fun, and support a beautiful cause while you’re at it. 🎭✨

Sometimes, making a difference doesn’t require us to do something big on our own. We just have to add our little piece to something bigger. ❤️

Thank you, Helping Hands Worldwide Services, Inc for the opportunity!

See you at **Maskara Night!** 🎉

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️HERE COMES ANOTHER ONE! ‼️‼️‼️SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT #3!

Having sponsors who continue to believe in what we do means so much to us. Thank you for coming back, trusting our mission, and being part of our journey once again! 🙏

Delight District will be taking a short pause from September 20 through October 12 as our family takes time to grieve, heal, and be together after the loss of a loved one.

We are deeply grateful for all the love, prayers, understanding, and support you’ve shown our family during this difficult time. It means more to us than words can express. 🤍

For now, we’ll take the time our hearts need. We look forward to coming back and serving you again soon.

Thank you for giving us the space to grieve and heal. 🙏🏻

❤️ When your husband hears you struggling… and builds you an entire website. 😂

A little backstory…

When we started Delight District in 2020, I honestly had NO idea how to properly price our products.

My formula was basically:

Ingredients + konting dagdag = presyo. 😂

Labor? ❌
Utilities? ❌
Time and effort? ❌
Other overhead expenses? ❌

Kaya pala regular comments from our customers were:

“$5 lang?! Sigurado ka?!”
“Ang mura naman!”

Apparently, those weren’t compliments. They were warning signs. 😂

Fast forward to this year, when Delight District started getting busier, I asked Borj:

“Dad, bakit ang dami nating orders, ang dami kong puyat at pagod… pero bakit hindi pa tayo yumayaman sa Delight?” 😂

And if you know my husband, you know what happens next.

The moment I start talking about a struggle or something that’s making my life difficult, his brain immediately goes into:

“How can I fix this?” mode.

So… he built Bakerwise. 🥹❤️

It started as something specifically made to help me manage Delight District better, but it has grown into something that could potentially help other small business owners, too.

Right now, I mostly use it to properly cost and price my products—and that alone has changed so much about how I look at pricing.

No more “Okay na siguro ’tong presyo.” 😂

I can actually account for the real cost of making something—not just the ingredients, but the time, effort, utilities, and other expenses that we sometimes forget to consider as small business owners.

And there’s so much more to Bakerwise that I haven’t even fully utilized yet—Inventory, Orders, Invoices, Reports, and more.

So this is really an appreciation post for my husband… and my favorite unpaid Delight District employee. 😂❤️

Thank you, Mistr Borj. 😘

You saw something I was struggling with and decided to build something to make my life easier.

People may see a website or an app.

But when I look at Bakerwise, I see the countless hours you spent building, testing, fixing, improving, and thinking about what would help me.

The amount of effort you put into this has “I love you” written all over it. 🥹❤️

And I love you for it.

Now, if you could just add a “Make Delight District Rich” button on the next update, that would be great. 😂😂😂

Sometimes the best opportunities begin with a simple conversation over shared dreams. ♥️

Borj and I had the chance to meet with fellow business owners who, like us, have poured their hearts into building something from the ground up. It was one of those meetings that reminded us how beautiful it is when small businesses choose to lift each other up.

Let’s just say… we walked away with exciting possibilities that we never saw coming. 👀

A collaboration we honestly didn’t expect.
A new chapter we’re incredibly grateful for.
And a sweeter way for more people to discover Delight District. 💜

We’re keeping the details under wraps just a little longer, but trust us… this is one announcement you’ll want to stick around for.

Something sweet is coming. Stay tuned. ✨

A little late, but these orders still deserve their moment! 💕

Before Delight District switched to rest mode, we fulfilled a few orders confirmed before our break announcement. 🥰

Thank you to Sis Reena, Sis Nessa and Tita Emma for trusting Delight District! Your continued support means so much to us. 💗

To everyone who reached out during our break, thank you for understanding why we had to say “next week muna.” 🫶 We’re honoring this pause for rest, recharge, and family time while fulfilling our prior commitments.

See you all again in September—rested, recharged, and ready to serve your favorite delights! 💕
