Focusing on the details that matter. We pair clean, quiet, functional layouts with a lot of tactile warmth. It’s that balance of sharp, minimalist structure and organic, cozy materials that makes a room feel warm and real instead of sterile.

Our recent project in Larchmont Village is a perfect example. It was listed for less than a week and just went under contract for a massive amount over asking. Honestly humbled that our design work could help drive that kind of result.

Honor the Architecture
There is a lot of beauty in the soft, neutral trends dominating the market right now, and they certainly have their place in making a home feel inviting. However, when we stepped into this stunning Atomic Ranch era home, we felt the architecture asking for a slightly different conversation.
Rather than leaning into the typical “all-beige” palette, we wanted to honor the home’s history by introducing a bit more soul and structured character. We paired the light, airy lines of the house with deep, grounded tones and textures that feel true to its original spirit.
Our philosophy is simple: we follow the lead of the house. Whether it’s a Swiss Minimalist aesthetic or something more organic, our goal is to create a space that feels curated and lived-in, not just staged.
