HI friends! Happy New Year! Gram & Ma'am are excited to announce our first cooking class of 2018! Join us Friday, February 2nd in Ladera Ranch around my island for a special series featuring Soups & Salads. Class will run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and the cost is $40 per person. We will start the morning with coffee, a sweet treat, & mimosas! Grab a girlfriend & spend the morning learning new recipes, tips & tricks around the kitchen, & having lots of giggles & fun! Hi All! With the holidays approaching a bit quicker than we anticipated, we are planning our next cooking class for January. Trying to decide if you'd prefer to do it like before in Ma'am's home or at 41 Olive located at the Shops in MV. Feel free to comment below with thoughts or suggestions. October Cooking Class!

In the Kitchen With Gram & Ma'am celebrated the launch of their first cooking class on Friday, October 20th! We had nine of the loveliest ladies around the island. The theme for the first class was "Easy Weeknight Dinners".

Ladies gathered around the island with Pumpkin Cranberry Chocolate Chip Muffins, Pumpkin Biscotti, Coffee, & Mimosas!

We then started the class with two of our favorite salads topped with delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars from 41 Olive. We then made two of our favorites: Lemon Caper Chicken & Garlic Lime Chicken. We paired the Lemon Caper Chicken with Lemon Garlic Green Beans & Lemon Parsley Rice. We paired the Garlic Lime Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Veggies. It was delicious!

We discussed new tips and tricks, favorite methods of making specific items, and most of all, enjoyed community and conversation around cooking!

We can't wait for our next class...Stay Tuned for one more before the New Year!

We are excited to announce our first class in the Kitchen With Gram & Ma'am is scheduled for Friday, October 20th from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The class is demonstration based and the menu will feature tastes of two salads, two of our easy weekday chicken dishes, two sides, & two veggies. We will also serve coffee & a sweet treat to start the morning. We are holding the class to ten people and the cost of the first class is $35. Email [email protected] for registration information. Stay Tuned! This Monday, October 2, we will be announcing our first October Friday Morning Cooking Class & Menu! For the first class, we will be accepting 8-10 ladies around the island for a demonstration based class. Get ready to learn, laugh, and have some fun with Gram & Ma'am!

A Ladera Ranch Cooking Class taught by mother and daughter duo, Tina & Haley. Classes are currently offered quarterly and available to sign up via email.
